Requirements call before the quote
Much about high-value consignments is better discussed than written into form fields: how sensitive a device is, who takes over, which insurance is wanted. On request we arrange a requirements call before we quote.
What matters
- Less in the form
- The form only asks for the essentials; confidential details go into the conversation.
- Structured
- We go through handling, route, handover, date and insurance in order.
- Result in the quote
- What is agreed in the call becomes binding in the quote.
- Not mandatory
- If you prefer to work in writing, that works too.
Planning questions
We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.
- When would a call suit you?
- Who takes part – including shipper or recipient?
- Which points matter most to you?
- Are there requirements from your company or insurer?
- Should the result be summarised in writing?
What we need from you
- Option “arrange a call” in the form
- Availability
- Rough key data of the consignment
- Topics for the call
What we do for you
What we organise
- Individual planning of your consignment – handling, date and handover aligned
- Direct transport without transhipment and documented handover by agreement
- Additional insurance on request – scope clearly agreed in the quote
Good to know
The call is non-binding for you – afterwards you receive a quote with a clearly agreed scope.
How it works

Request
You state category of goods, rough route, date and special requirements – confidential details only in conversation.
- 02

- 03
Quote
You receive a quote with the agreed scope – direct transport, handover and insurance as discussed.
- 04
Execution
Transport according to the call results recorded in the quote.
