Privacy

Controller
Logisticoo GmbH appreciates your interest and trust in our company, products and services. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly comply with data protection law. The controller within the meaning of data protection law, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is: Logisticoo GmbH, Wilhelm-Kabus-Str. 22-24, 10829 Berlin, Germany, e-mail info@logisticoo.com. “Logisticoo Signature” is a service of Logisticoo GmbH; this privacy notice applies to this website. It follows the privacy notice of the main Logisticoo website (www.logisticoo.com); sections on services not used here are omitted, and the particulars of this website (request form, draft in the browser, protection against duplicate submissions) are added.
Personal data
Personal data are details about the personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person, such as your name, address, telephone number, location data, advertising IDs, e-mail address or cookie identifiers.
Collection, processing and use of personal data
When you visit our website, the connection data of the requesting computer, the pages accessed, the date and time of the visit, the browser and operating system types and the website from which you visit us are stored temporarily for system security. These data are not combined with other data sources.
Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Workers). When the website is accessed, Cloudflare, as our processor, processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date and time of the request, URL accessed, browser and operating system type) in order to deliver the website and to ensure the security and stability of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host does not set cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
Further personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are only collected if you provide them voluntarily, for example to place and handle a shipping order or a contact or information request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Where necessary to handle an order, the required personal data are transmitted to our service providers. The service providers are prohibited from using these data for any purpose other than fulfilling the transport order. Processing and use of your data for product-related surveys and marketing purposes is not excluded. You can object to such use at any time. We expressly do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies, fonts and third-party services on this website
This website does not set cookies and does not include analytics, advertising or tag management services, social media plug-ins, chat widgets or external fonts. Fonts, images, the ISO seal and the certificate are delivered by this website itself; no content from Google or other third parties is loaded when a page is opened.
Request form
When you send a request, we process the details you enter: company, contact person, e-mail address, optionally phone number and message, and the transport details (route, dates, goods and the further entries of the form). In addition, the page from which you sent the request, the selected topic and language are transmitted. If you arrived at our website via a link with campaign parameters (for example utm_source or gclid), these parameters are transmitted together with the request so that we can see how requests come about; no cookies are set for this purpose.
Purpose: processing your request and preparing a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fields marked as required are needed to answer your request; without them we cannot process it.
Our request server (Cloudflare Workers) checks the request and forwards it by e-mail to our team's mailbox. For sending we use Microsoft 365 via the Microsoft Graph interface (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) as our processor. The content of your request is not written to server logs and not stored on the request server.
We keep requests as long as necessary to process them and for a possible business relationship; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Protection against duplicate and mass submissions
So that a request does not reach us twice after a connection problem or a repeated click, the request server stores per request a random request identifier, a checksum (SHA-256) of the form details – not the details themselves –, the reference number, the time and the sending status. To protect against abusive mass submissions, your IP address is pseudonymised with a secret key (HMAC) and counted together with the times of your requests; the IP address itself is not stored. Storage takes place in one Cloudflare Durable Object per website (Cloudflare as processor, see Hosting). Request data are deleted after 24 hours and counters one hour after the last request during the hourly clean-up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a reliable request channel that is protected against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Draft in your browser
To prevent loss of data while you fill in the form, your entries are stored temporarily in this browser tab (sessionStorage) – on this website for at most 30 minutes. Confidential free-text fields are excluded where marked. The draft stays on your device, is not transmitted before you send the request and is deleted when you click “Start over”, after successful sending, after the time limit or when you close the tab.
Use of AI-supported systems
To process requests and to be reachable by phone, we partly use artificial intelligence (AI) systems. Personal data you provide when contacting us may be processed in the process.
AI phone assistant. If you call our service number, your request may be received and processed fully or partly by a voice-controlled AI assistant. This involves in particular your phone number, the content of the conversation and the details of your transport request derived from it. The purpose is to record, qualify and forward your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in efficient processing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any recording of the call only takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
AI-supported processing of requests. We partly evaluate incoming requests (for example via the transport request form, by e-mail or by phone) with AI support in order to categorise and prioritise them and to prepare draft replies or quotes. The final decision and communication are always made by our staff; no solely automated decision within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR with legal effect or similarly significant impact takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Service providers and transfers to third countries. We use specialised service providers as processors to operate these AI functions. Personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the EU or EEA, in particular to the USA. Such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or – where the provider is certified – the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR). Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with the providers.
Your data are only processed and stored as long as necessary for the stated purposes or due to statutory retention obligations. You have the right to object to AI-supported processing at any time and to request processing by a human.

Your rights
Using the contact details above, you can exercise the following rights at any time: access to the data stored about you and their processing; rectification of inaccurate personal data; erasure of your data; restriction of processing where we may not yet delete your data due to legal obligations; objection to the processing of your data; data portability where you have consented to processing or concluded a contract with us; and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
Security
We endeavour to transmit and store your personal data, using all technical and organisational means, in such a way that they are not accessible to third parties.
Right to object
You can object to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes at any time by informal notice by post to Logisticoo GmbH, Wilhelm-Kabus-Str. 22-24, 10829 Berlin or by e-mail to info@logisticoo.com.
