Yes. Norway is not an EU member; export and import declarations are needed.

What should be considered for electronics in the Scandinavian winter?

Cold en route and condensation when opening. Insulating packaging and acclimatisation before opening help.

Does the transport go by ferry or over bridges?

Both are possible. We choose the route per destination, goods and date.
